Job summary

Portco Packaging is hiring for a full-time, on-site Laminating Machine Operator position in Woodland, WA. Join a team focused on growth, integrity, and accountability, with hands-on training and a clear path to advancement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laminating machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor the lamination process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on laminating equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
