Qualifications

• Supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train production personnel to meet schedules and quality.
• Direct orders and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Work independently to meet production and quality targets.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers to production readiness.
• Collect data in PeopleSoft ERP.
• Maximize yield and reduce scrap.
• Verify orders and produce parts within specs.
