Job summary

Ultrapak Manufacturing Llc in Houston, TX is seeking a Lamination Assistant to support setup and quality control on the lamination line. You will help load rolls, monitor resin levels and raw materials, and ensure production standards are met on the busy manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of packaging equipment principles.
• Ability to visually check for defects and sense temperature changes.
• Knowledge of equipment policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and rolls.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up rolls on the lamination machine and maintain production quality.
• Assist machine operator to meet quality output.
• Monitor resin levels and other raw materials.
• Load rolls and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Provide direct support to production operators and resolve issues.
• Maintain plant sanitation and housekeeping per GMPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
