Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Good English reading/writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and document defects; follow quality procedures.
• Record defects and data; escalate issues to production technician, management, or engineering.
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures; report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area.
• Maintain attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
