Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Stafford, CT is seeking a Lamination Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will perform lay-up, operate lamination presses, monitor quality, and follow processing instructions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading work orders, strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to lift 10-40 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Training provided, with safety as a priority. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend English written instructions, including manufacturing work orders, customer specifications, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• Quality centered mindset with strong attention-to-detail, mathematical, and technical aptitude.
• Able to be a positive team member while also working independently.
• Manual dexterity (hand/finger/eye coordination) is essential to the Machine Operator job.

Responsibilities

• Perform all lay-up process steps
• Learn press operations. Including set ups, loading & unloading, normal shutdown, and emergency shutdown
• Perform Plasma & Etch Back processes
• Perform Breakdown process
• Monitors and produces quality product by following all processing instruction
• Enter jobs and quality information in the Manufacturing Control System.
