Job summary

NASL is seeking an experienced Lamination Production Operator to set up, operate, and monitor lamination equipment to produce high-quality laminated materials. The role includes relocation to the Reno/Sparks, NV area and company-paid training, with travel to Wisconsin for hands-on instruction.

The L3 Operator will lead machine setup, assist L1/L2 duties, and guide the production team to meet daily goals. Growth opportunities exist within the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with lamination or converting equipment is a plus.
• Ability to complete NASL Level 3 training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist setup, operation, and monitoring of lamination machines according to job specs.
• Load and align rolls of film, foil, paper, or fabric into laminating equipment.
• Start, stop, adjust and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Maintain production logs and ensure quality according to SOPs.
• Train other operators and support daily production targets.
