Job summary

USTBC ABB Installation Products Inc. is hiring an Auto Punch Press Operator for the 2nd shift in the St. Louis area. You will operate lamination presses, follow safety rules, and perform setup steps with pallets, dies, and tooling to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, maintaining lubrication, and ensuring quality by checking each order against blueprints. OT may be required; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Follow Work Instructions and safety policies.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Operate related material handling and press equipment.
• Use PPE and safe work practices at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination auto press for 8+ hours per shift.
• Inspect parts for burrs and defects; ensure quality.
• Maintain proper lubrication and cleaning of equipment.
• Feed material through straightener, feeder, and die; monitor die jams.
• Record and report injuries or safety concerns to supervision.
