Job summary

ProAmpac in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Operator for our laminations line. You will support quality and food safety programs, read production orders, and perform basic quality checks, with room to grow.

GED or high school diploma is required; prior production experience is welcome. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports activities in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and food safety management system.
• Reports quality and food safety problems to authority to initiate action.
• Loads print rolls and base films onto unwind stands.
• Performs basic quality checks on films.
• Cleans machine and area according to schedule.
• Ensures machine PM is performed according to the schedule.
• Completes all required tracking forms (Job Plan, Shift Run Report, Quality Sheet, and checklists).
