Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a laminating machine operator to feed foil laminated sheets, ensure registration and alignment, and maintain quality standards. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with a team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include feeding plastic sheets, inspecting output, reporting issues to supervisors, and following machine procedures. High school diploma or equivalent is required; 0–3 years in manufacturing is preferred.

Role Summary

This position is in charge of configurating the lamination machine and feed a foil laminated front sheet to match it to the back paper sheet, This operator ensures that registration, alignment and quality standards are being met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Being able to feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine
• Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
• Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Basic machine comprehension will be necessary

OTHER FUNCTIONS

• Knowledge of machine operational procedures.
• Filling out paperwork and reports.
• Being able to differentiate different types of materials used.
• Being able to look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material.
• Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.
