Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to float between Taylor Laconia in Laconia, NH and Taylor Meredith Bay in Meredith, NH. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and revise plans of care under physician supervision.

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state license, and strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

Responsibilities
