Job summary

Bedford, NH
$55–$60/hour

We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible position allows you to provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
