Qualifications

• ServSafe certification or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow company dishwashing procedures to clean, sanitize, and store dishware and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Assist as busser when not scheduled in the kitchen.
• Report equipment issues and participate in safety protocols.
