As a busser, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest‑ready at all times. Working closely with servers and the rest of the team, you’ll help ensure that guests enjoy a seamless visit from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre‑bus, clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Assist servers with guest needs, including filling waters and delivering food
• Polish silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards
• Refill ice bins and maintain stock for service
• Keep the restaurant clean, including taking out garbage and linens, cleaning spills, and sweeping floors
• Support setup and breakdown, including moving tables and performing opening/closing duties
• Assist with outdoor tasks such as raking or shoveling as directed
• Work as part of the team to maintain smooth and efficient dining operations
