Job summary

The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and assisting other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dining and kitchen areas, and supporting team members in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishes into and out of the dishwasher.
• Wash and dry dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
• Sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Maintain the dishwashing area.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Clean kitchen appliances and machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report sanitation issues.
• Buss tables to collect dirty dishes.
• Help other staff with tasks.
• Adhere to food safety procedures.
• Put away all dishware and cookware in designated areas.
• Stock supplies.
• Set up the dining room.
