Job Title: Lake Worth #12 Line Cook

Join Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. as a Line Cook in Lake Worth. We value made-from-scratch recipes, quality ingredients, and a positive kitchen environment. We are seeking talented and passionate cooks to join our back-of-house team and help serve our guests with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Manage product rotation and stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with prep work and station setup
• Transport items and assist with deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area during shifts
• Break down and clean stations at closing
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Operate kitchen machinery safely (grills, stoves, slicers, etc.)
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop
• Fluent in English (reading recipes, labels, POS tickets)
• Good communication skills
• Work safely with hot equipment and sharp utensils
• Work in high-temperature, damp environments indoors
• Pass food safety certification
