Join our team as a Prep Cook and play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include organizing ingredients, preparing menu items according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
2. Prepare menu items as per recipes and presentation standards.
3. Manage stock rotation and inventory levels.
4. Assist in station setup and breakdown.
5. Transport items and assist with deliveries.
6. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
7. Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Operate kitchen machinery safely.
9. Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in high-temperature environments.
10. Complete food safety certification.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to read recipes, labels, and POS tickets.
• Physical capability to lift heavy loads.
• Work in a damp, high-temperature environment.
