Job summary

Dragonfly Pond Works in Spring, TX, is seeking a Lake Maintenance Technician to work outdoors maintaining lakes, ponds, and fountains and performing water analyses. Responsibilities include loading and preparing equipment, cleaning sites, and removing trash while ensuring safety around water, often using a boat.

This role offers year-round work, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team focused on quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
• Experience in lake, pond, or pool management preferred.
• Aquatic field, mechanical, and electrical maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/clean/prepare the truck for each day.
• Clean and maintain lakes, ponds, and fountains.
• Manage aquatic vegetation control.
• Perform water analysis.
• Trash removal from client locations.
• Help maintain a clean shop facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Spring Texas

Pay: $16 per hour- Full-time

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Load/Clean/Prepare the truck for each day
• Clean and maintain lakes, ponds, & fountains
• Aquatic vegetation control.
• Perform water analysis
• Trash removal from client locations
• Help maintain a clean shop facility
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Experience:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in lake, pond, or pool management preferred
• Aquatic field, mechanical, and electrical maintenance is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work in and around water, at times using a boat
• Lift/Carry 50 lbs or more multiple times throughout the day
• Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring lakes and ponds
