Job summary

Dragonfly Pond Works is seeking a Lake Maintenance Technician to perform outdoor lake, pond, and fountain maintenance in the Houston area. This full-time position offers year-round work in stormwater management with long-term career opportunities.

You will load and prepare trucks, clean and maintain water features, perform basic water analysis, and support a clean, safe job site. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Experience in lake, pond, or pool management preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Aquatic field, mechanical, and electrical maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/Clean/Prepare the truck for each day.

Pay

$16 per hour- Full-time

Duties/Responsibilities

• Load/Clean/Prepare the truck for each day
• Clean and maintain lakes, ponds, & fountains
• Aquatic vegetation control.
• Perform water analysis
• Trash removal from client locations
• Help maintain a clean shop facility
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Albe to work in and around water, at times using a boat.
• Lift/Carry 50 lbs or more multiple times throughout the day.
• Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring lakes and ponds.
