Job summary

The Lake Doctors, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time lake technician to service customers across Northeast FL and Southeast GA. This outdoor role focuses on treating lakes and ponds, maintaining vegetation, and performing water tests.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm with on-the-job training and a path to certification. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), PTO, and a company cell phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college helpful.
• Experience in lawn service or pest control is helpful.
• Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Treat and maintain lake vegetation and algae at Lake Doctors accounts.
• Perform water testing and stock fish and other pond services.
• Maintain communication with customers (HOAs, management companies, property owners).
• Present a positive and professional image in the community.
• Maintain customer records in service software and receive on-the-job training.
