Job summary

LAGOS is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Bloomingdales concession in Willow Grove, PA. You will provide personalized service, build client relationships, and help achieve sales and business objectives while representing the luxury brand.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong customer service, relationship building, and product knowledge. Flexible 32–40 hour schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience by providing personalized service, building customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales and business objectives. The role serves as a brand ambassador, helping clients discover and purchase products that reflect the craftsmanship, quality, and luxury experience of LAGOS.

This is a full-time LAGOS Sales Associate position at our LAGOS concession in Bloomingdales in Willow Grove, PA. The ideal candidate will be available to work 32-40 hours per week on a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The targeted budget for this position is $21-$23 per hour, plus 3% commission on personal sales. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
