Responsibilities

• Live and uphold Electric Hospitality values and culture.
• Prepare guests' drinks as ordered.
• Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Take drink orders from guests seated at the bar or from servers.
• Input orders into the POS system.
• Slice fruit or other garnishes for drinks.
• Clean bar and arrange glasses for an attractive bar display.
• Prepare bill and accept payment from guests.
• Thank guests and invite them back for a future drinking/dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Perform calmly under stressful conditions.
• Assist the team to optimize the guest’s dining experience.

Essential Physical Functions:

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.
