Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance use disorder treatment and recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, medical staff, and community resources.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies, relapse prevention plans and life skills.
