Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates learning outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Maintains patient documentation and confidentiality.
• Develops teaching plans using an interdisciplinary approach and assesses learning effectiveness.
• Maintains lactation support line after discharge.
• Provides in-service education on breastfeeding practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
