Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and design health education programs and services.
• Coordinate health education services and referral systems.
• Deliver direct health education services to members and the public.
• Develop and review culturally appropriate materials.
• Consult with physicians and staff on education services.
• Coordinate information projects and community health events.
• Specialize in a health education area as needed.
• Prepare reports and support grant/proposal development.
• Contribute to department strategic goals.
