Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse with IBCLC certification to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards. You will support breastfeeding goals and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates hold a Nevada RN license, BLS, IBCLC certification, and NLN-approved RN program, with 1 year acute care (or 3 years part-time) experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada RN license and BLS certification.
• Current IBCLC certification required.
• Preferred experience in acute care setting (1 year FT or 3 years PT).

• Engaging with patients and families to assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans utilizing nursing knowledge and skills.
• Coordinating and evaluating breastfeeding support to help mothers achieve their goals.
