South County Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate total nursing care and lead patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary team. BSN is required, with AD graduates encouraged to pursue a BSN within three years of employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Nursing.
• BSN required; AD graduates may enroll in BSN program to complete within 3 years.
• Current RN licensure in Rhode Island or pending.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
