Zusammenfassung

South County Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate total nursing care and deliver patient-centered services in our acute care setting. You will teach patients and families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold nursing standards and the nursing process.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold current Rhode Island RN licensure (or eligible via the Nurse Licensure Compact) and possess BLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current or pending licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or in another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BLS from AHA required.
• BLS from AHA and minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and education.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to maintain nursing standards.
• Deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan using the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Implementation, Evaluation).
