Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required
• IBCLC certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years in labor and delivery
• Experience with lactation care and breastfeeding support

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lactation and infant feeding plans for inpatients and outpatients.
• Promote breastfeeding and Baby Friendly practices.
• Collaborate with community partners to address social determinants of health.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in QA activities.
