Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks a technically skilled IT professional to support the Biostore platform and associated LIMS integrations. The role requires strong lab network knowledge, API integration experience, and hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure skills.

You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable data exchange and system interoperability. You will develop and maintain technical documentation, manage Jira artifacts, and contribute to validation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with lab network architecture and API integration.
• Familiarity with lab information systems and automated sample management.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience including EC2 and CloudWatch.
• Ability to troubleshoot application alerts and data read/write failures.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical requirements, functional specs, and design docs for Biostore and LIMS integrations.
• Create and maintain installation/deployment/test/validation documentation and SDLC deliverables.
• Manage Jira epics, stories, tasks, and test artifacts to support delivery and validation.
• Produce architecture diagrams and integration specifications for Biostore and connected systems.
• Coordinate test execution, issue resolution, release readiness, and vendor deliverables.
