Job summary

Promega Corporation is seeking an IVD Operations Support Technician to join the IVD Production team. You will wash labware, autoclave, stage raw materials, and maintain inventory to keep the manufacturing lab running efficiently in a cGMP-regulated space.

The role is physically demanding and requires standing in a lab environment, operating pumps, meters, and other equipment while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely support for scientists performing diagnostic tests, forensic work, and medical

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; ready for lab work.
Clear communication and reliable attendance are essential.
Willingness to be flexible with daily activities and schedules.
Stable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Operate labware wash machines and autoclaves according to guidelines.
Plan and maintain stockroom supplies and stage raw materials.
Maintain accurate daily activity logs and batch records.
Keep work areas clean and free from clutter.
Identify needs or problems and communicate corrective actions.
Operate pH meters, conductivity meters, balances, pumps, and other lab equipment.
Plan daily schedule according to incoming requests.
Meet customers' needs in a professional manner.
