Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a production-focused professional to manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products on site. You will operate production equipment, weigh raw materials, and assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.

The role includes validating processes related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization, handling waste, and creating precise formulations. Training and support for the lead/supervisor are expected, with adherence to GMP, safety,

Qualifications

• High school with technical certification or AS/BS in science with relevant lab experience.
• BS or higher in science with 1–3 years lab experience.
• Experience operating production equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products; operate production equipment.
• Weigh and measure raw materials to ensure correct ingredients and quantities.
• Assist with in-process testing to verify batch specifications.
• Validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization; manage waste disposal.
• Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids to meet specifications.
• Provide training for onboarding and new procedures.
• Support lead/supervisor as needed.
• Recommend continuous improvement actions to improve efficiency.
• Follow GMP procedures and adhere to housekeeping and safety policies.
• Work overtime as required to meet client requirements.

Job description

• Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products. Operates production equipment.


• Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities.


• Assists with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.


• Responsible for validating processes and equipment that are directly related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization. Responsible for the removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents and acids.


• Creates solutions, powders, and liquids for batches to meet specifications


• Provides training support for on-boarding and/or new procedures


• Provides support to the lead/supervisor when necessary


• Provides continuous improvement recommendations and/or solutions to support overall operational efficiency


• Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)


• Must follow all Client housekeeping policies and procedures


• Must follow all Client safety policies and procedures


• Must be able to work overtime as required to meet Client business requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Education/Experience:

• High school with technical certification in the area of laboratory operations plus 3 years laboratory experience, AS degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years laboratory experience, or BS degree in a scientific discipline plus 1-2 years laboratory experience.
