estaffing Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to join our contract-to-hire program in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on integrating test programs, migrating legacy systems, and debugging software in a lab setting using LabVIEW and C# or similar languages.

The candidate will support the US Air Force Fleet sustainment through modernization of test systems and will travel up to 20% while pursuing DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software/Systems/Engineering or related field.
5+ years of professional software development in testing/automation.
Proficient LabVIEW programming (National Instruments ecosystem).
Experience with C# or similar OO languages (Java, C++).
Experience with software integration, debugging in hardware-in-the-loop/test environments.
Willing to travel up to 20% and obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

Integrate TPS into new development environments ensuring functionality.
Develop and modify test software using LabVIEW and C# for automated testing.
Debug and troubleshoot in lab environments with test equipment and UUT.
Perform integration testing between legacy hardware and new software.
Make minor hardware modifications to support software integration.
Collaborate with systems engineers and customers on progress.
