Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Associate LIMS Scientist to support LabVantage LIMS expansion and optimization within a top food and beverage client. You will work with lab users, business stakeholders, and IT to implement enhancements and drive adoption of digital laboratory solutions.

The role requires hands-on LabVantage experience, strong documentation, and the ability to translate lab needs into system solutions. Collaboration across DEV/QA teams and cross-functional training may be involved.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on LabVantage LIMS development, configuration, or administration.
• Master data creation and maintenance.
• Test method setup and configuration.
• ELN/LES template creation and maintenance.
• UAT testing support.
• System enhancements based on lab user requirements.
• Experience in DEV/QA/implementation environments.
• Understanding of lab operations and workflows.
• Translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong technical documentation and writing skills.
• Experience in Life Science environments such as Food & Beverage, Pharma, or Chemical.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance LabVantage LIMS functionality.
• Create and maintain master data, test methods, and system templates.
• Support ELN and LES configuration activities.
• Gather requirements from lab users and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform and support UAT testing activities.
• Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
• Support user communications and change management efforts.
• Collaborate with lab and IT teams to optimize system functionality and adoption.
