Job summary

TekWissen seeks a Lab Vantage LIMS Specialist in Portsmouth, NH for a 6‑month onsite assignment. You will perform accurate setup, cleansing and loading of master data into the global LIMS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a science background and extensive experience in QC data management, Lab Vantage LIMS, and associated systems.

Summary

The Lab Vantage LIMS Specialist is responsible for accurate setup, cleansing, and loading of master data into the global LIMS system according to established global guidelines and data principles. The role supports data integrity, QC laboratory operations, and the implementation of local processes and work instructions. The position works closely with Quality Control, the global gLIMS team, and Manufacturing Operations while providing independent technical support and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform local master data setup and loading in alignment with global guidelines and data principles.
• Build and enter required master data into the global LIMS, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
• Conduct local data cleansing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data quality.
• Develop clear local work instructions for executing global processes at the site level.
• Support LIMS implementation and ongoing data management activities.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, the global gLIMS team, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Support quality systems, validation activities, and compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues and communicate deviations or concerns appropriately.
• Manage assigned projects and deliver activities within established timelines.
• Promote GMP, safety, data integrity, and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QC, enterprise systems, validation, or related areas.
• Bachelor s degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong experience with data management, master data setup, cleansing, and loading processes.
• Proficiency with Lab Vantage LIMS or similar laboratory information/data management systems.
• Strong knowledge of QC laboratory operations and related data requirements.
• Knowledge of quality systems, including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and TrackWise.
• Understanding of process, equipment, cleaning, and computer system validation.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Quality Control and manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large projects within required timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of GMP, safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Business-fluent English preferred.
