Job summary

This role involves assisting with the LabVantage system configuration, supporting testing activities, and documenting workflows. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, ideally 3-5.
• Hands-on exposure to LabVantage LIMS configuration or testing is a plus.
• Bilingual in French or Spanish is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with LabVantage system configuration under guidance.
• Support testing activities including writing test cases.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials.

Skills

Familiarity with pharmaceutical laboratory processes

User support and troubleshooting

Experience with data entry and reporting

Exposure to regulatory requirements

Education

Bachelor or higher within pharma, microbiology, chemistry, or IT
