Job summary

Launch It Consulting is seeking a LabVantage Developer to join our dynamic team and deliver LIMS solutions across pan-India remote engagement. The role requires hands-on LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements and support, with exposure to Oracle/SQL and Java technologies. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

The position offers a WFH mode with flexible collaboration across distributed teams and opportunities for growth within Launch It Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Required

• At least 4-6 years of experience in LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements and support work.
• Knowledge of LabVantage 8.6 or higher
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Core Java, Java Script

Preferred

• At least 7+ years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Functionality and Processes
• At least 7+ years of experience of implementation experience of LabVantage LIMS.
• At least 7+ years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to configuration and customization, documentation, data migration analysis and mapping current business processes.
• Integration and Interfaces with other systems or applications like ERP, PLM/other applications
• Experience working in different modules in Labvantage LIMS: Workflows, Request Management, Advanced Storage & Logistics, Package Management etc.
• Experience in Software development lifecycle, database (Oracle and SQL Server) concepts and integration design.
• Experience in Master Data Setup and Data Migration (master and legacy data)
• Experience in Jasper Reports and Bartender Labels
• Experience in Instrument Integrations using SDMS
• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working in an Agile setup
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
