• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent delays
• Repair crushers, including liner changes, oil systems, and operations; monitor and replace worn parts
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on plant equipment
• Cross-train with other positions to maximize abilities within the team

Skills & Experience
