Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Prompt, regular attendance and reliability.
• Welding knowledge preferred but not required.
• Positive, team-based attitude and good communication.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs and ladders up to 60 feet.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Perform general labor tasks (shoveling, raking, moving materials).
• Participate in routine maintenance, cleaning, and equipment washing.
• Operate small equipment as needed (skid steer, haul truck, water truck).
• Comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Record workplace observations and report deficiencies.
• Maintain clear communication with plant staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
