Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Field Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in an entry-level role. You’ll participate in loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation on active construction sites.

This position requires being 18+, authorization to work in the U.S., and a HS diploma or GED. You’ll help install underground cabling and assist with daily production reports, in all weather, with safety as a priority.

Training is provided, and benefits include paid time off and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
