At VCI Construction, LLC, as a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team, you'll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

What You'll Do as a Laborer

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Assist with site restoration efforts
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Experience with hand tools and utility trucks is preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote or confined spaces, operate machinery, perform physical tasks including lifting over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladders, keyboards, and mice

Salary Range

$20 - $26 per hour (D.O.E.)
