Join Our Team as a Laborer Telecom Construction Underground at Locating Inc

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Do you enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team. We are seeking Laborers to help connect America through underground telecommunications construction.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in all phases of underground construction, including loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of materials and equipment.
2. Hand dig using shovels and mechanical tools.
3. Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
4. Climb into and out of equipment such as trucks, backhoes, trenchers, etc.
5. Operate or work around heavy machinery.
6. Work in congested or remote areas and direct traffic as per DOT guidelines.
7. Perform general construction tasks under supervision.
8. Maintain safety standards according to regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work solo or in a team in all weather conditions.
• Self-starter with effective communication skills.
• Able to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Capable of lifting, climbing, and carrying ladders weighing up to 80 lbs.
