Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand the urgency of manufacturing.
• Able to work safely with protective equipment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
