• Full-Time
• Day Shift (some night work required)
• Wages start at $23.00/hr for entry-level and laborers. Some positions require no experience; training provided. Higher pay for skilled operators with highway construction experience. Pay rate bonuses for CDL license holders. Overtime, extensive medical, and retirement benefits available.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on road construction projects.
• Level asphalt using rake, operate sledgehammer, pick, shovel, and other tools.
• Hook up trailers, attach equipment, and set up traffic control including barrels and cones.
• Smooth and shovel asphalt or other materials.
• Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Follow instructions and work independently to complete daily tasks.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production principles.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
