Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, part of Primoris Services Corporation's Energy segment, is hiring for a construction labor role to support site setup, digging, tool operation, and material handling.

You will assist skilled trades, maintain clean worksites, and follow safety procedures in a desert environment. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position requiring reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Willing to work outdoors in desert environments.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Prior construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
