Job summary

Job Overview:This position involves performing various manual labor tasks at the Desert Pine Photovoltaic (PV) project site, supporting the construction and maintenance of solar energy infrastructure. This role does not require driving company vehicles.Job Responsibilities:*** Assist with the unloading, staging, and movement of materials, including solar panels, racking components, and electrical equipment.* Perform general site clean-up and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment.* Dig trenches, shovel dirt, and backfill excavations manually or with hand tools.* Assist skilled tradespersons (electricians, pipefitters, etc.) with tasks as directed, such as holding materials, fetching tools, and preparing work areas.* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.* Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades as needed.* Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations at all times.* Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.Job Qualifications:*** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and kneeling.* Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.* Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions.* Reliable transportation to and from the job site.* Prior construction labor experience is a plus but not required.* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Company Overview:Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation’s Energy segment, is a leading power generation engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider specializing in utility and commercial scale solar power, energy storage, solar repower, and operations and maintenance.
