Compensation: $25.58 Per Hour

The Position:

We have immediate openings for Utility Construction Laborers in Fort Collins, CO. This position involves performing general labor duties to support underground utility construction within Q3C, Gas Operations.

1. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license; CDL A is highly preferred but not required.
2. Must be dependable, willing, and able to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions.

Physical Demands include:

1. Performing general construction labor under the supervision of a Foreman/Supervisor for underground/drill operations.
2. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
3. Hand digging holes and trenches with shovels and other tools.
4. Driving on a stop-and-start basis daily, with physical activities like lifting, standing, walking, and more.
5. Vision requirements for safety and operational tasks.
6. Willingness to wear PPE and adhere to safety regulations.

Educational & Minimum Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Prior construction knowledge is a plus.
3. Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
4. Valid driver's license required.
5. Experience in natural gas, electric, water, sewer, or related fields is a plus.
6. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
8. Willingness to travel short-term.
9. Participation in drug and alcohol testing programs is mandatory.
10. Other duties as assigned.
