Working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Duties include safe operation of highway trucks and equipment, maintenance of facilities and grounds, snow removal, traffic control, and readiness to respond to emergencies 24/7. A HS diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Hours of Work: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Salary Range: $23.55 to $29.10 per hour

Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions: Completion of High School or equivalent with three to six months of related experience. Requires a pre-employment physical with drug test and a background check. A valid motor vehicle operator license is required.
Position Purpose: Performs safe and efficient operation of highway trucks and equipment; performs various laborer work as assigned. Cleans and maintains equipment, facilities and grounds. Follows standard procedures when completing assignments. Receives oral instructions to perform various manual tasks including loading materials and assisting others in preparing and positioning equipment. Utilizes hand tools and power equipment to complete assigned tasks. Assists in snow removal, traffic control, loading and unloading trucks. Operate equipment to mow fields and roadsides. Uses hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work. Must be able to respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis. Ability to use mobile electronic devices to receive and complete work requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.
