Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Laborer - Pavement Marking to join our team in the North Houston area (Tomball, TX). This role supports highway maintenance and pavement marking to improve road safety and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include traffic control, sign installation, raised pavement marker work, and maintaining spray systems and truck equipment. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, complete reports, and strive to maximize

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; CDL highly preferred.
• Clear background check including criminal record, driving record, and drug testing.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Ability to use smartphones and relevant applications.
• Adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules.

Responsibilities

Preferred Experience:

• Experience operating hand machines, forklifts, hand grinders, 3M hand-tape machines, 3M adhesive applicators, and hand-roller tamper carts.
• Installation of Preformed Thermo/Hot Tape.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work exposed to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, traffic, fumes, and airborne particles.
• Work in moderate to loud noise environments.

Availability:

• Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Availability to travel with the company as necessary.
