Job summary

EMERALD COAST STRIPING LLC is looking for a dedicated employee to assist in loading and unloading materials, operating vehicles, and following safety protocols.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR. The position includes overnight travel across Florida, with stipends provided for expenses.

• Properly load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Operate large and small vehicles.
• Effectively operate various vehicles and equipment.
• Install Preformed Thermo.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Job description

$17/hr-$19/hr commensurate with experience (and CDL license)

Duties

• Properly load and unload materials from trucks and trailers by hand and forklift
• Operate large and small vehicles
• Effectively Operate the following Vehicles/Equipment: hand machines, fork lift, hand grinder, 3M hand‑tape machine, 3M adhesive applicator and hand‑roller tamper cart.
• Install Preformed Thermo
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• Regularly required to stand/walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop; and kneel, crouch or crawl
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic, and fumes and airborne particles
• Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate/loud

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and Clean MVR

Travel

• Overnight travel can be required and can extend up to a week, with little to no notice. (Stipends/Per Diems provided by company)
• You may be asked to work around the state of Florida, not just in the Lehigh and surrounding areas.

Preferred

• CDL A or B License Holder
