Job summary

Messer Construction Co. is seeking a motivated equipment operator to join our Indianapolis area crew. You will operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders and other material handling equipment on active commercial projects and assist with general labor tasks as needed.

This role requires outdoor work, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and reliability. As an employee-owned firm, Messer values hands-on contributors who can perform grading, excavation and material handling with focus

Qualifications

• Experience operating dirt and material handling equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Safety-minded and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and material handling equipment.
